Vantix Systems Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead a critical Service Desk transition project. This role will serve as the primary liaison between internal support teams and our vendor partner, ensuring seamless execution of all transition activities.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, including project charters, business cases, status reports, and risk logs.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive transition plan that aligns with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Overseeing project tracking activities, maintaining dashboards, generating SLA reports, and ensuring timely communication of progress to the Service Owner and key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifying potential issues, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving roadblocks to ensure project success.
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and the vendor partner throughout the transition process.

This is a remote position with occasional onsite meetings required. Canadian citizenship is mandatory for this role.
