About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at Go Motel. As a Bookkeeping Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial records and statements.
  • Tight Deadlines: Meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of financial tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
