Accounting Clerk

As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
* Post journal entries
* Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
* Reconcile accounts
* Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
* Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
* Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Requirements:
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting
* MS Excel skills
* MS Outlook skills
* MS Office skills
* Efficient interpersonal skills
* Judgement
* Organized
* Time management
