Job Title: B-Pressure Vessel Welder/Fitter

Startec Compression & Process is seeking a skilled B-Pressure Vessel Welder/Fitter to join our team at our Shepard Shop in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for fitting and welding metal pressure vessels based on provided drawings, adhering to all specifications for vessels, piping, and welding assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fitting and welding metal pressure vessels according to drawings and specifications
  • Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
  • Collaborating with engineering and drafting teams to review projects
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Participating in safety and company programs
Requirements:
  • Journeyman trades certificate in welding or pipe fitting
  • 2+ years of experience in vessel welding/fitting
  • B-Pressure Certificate
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment functional, alcohol, and drug test
