Your Role: Data Entry Specialist - Bilingual Opportunities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of patient data within our CRM system.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within our CRM system.
  • Execute administrative tasks essential for patient program progression.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing faxes promptly and efficiently.
  • Adapt your schedule to accommodate diverse time zones.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Your Background:
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry role.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with faxing software (MyFax or Right Fax) is beneficial.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in both English and French (oral and written).
