Enersul L.P. Seeks HR Generalist

As a key member of our team, the Human Resources Generalist will play a vital role in supporting the success of our organization. This dynamic role will involve a range of responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination, to attract top talent.
  • Partner with colleagues to administer benefit plans and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with managers to resolve employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide backup support for payroll processing and work closely with the HR Director on talent management and employee development initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with HR reporting and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the management team on strategic HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Knowledge of payroll practices (ADP) and proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and MS Office Suite.
