Rental Service Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at Routes Car & Truck Rental Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that they are utilized to their full potential.
  • Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and that operations run smoothly.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and accounted for.
