Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Elevator Maintenance: Clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Associate at Super 8 by Wyndham Cranbrook, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
