Position Overview
In this dynamic position as a Consulting Actuary specializing in Retirement, you will engage in a variety of projects related to mergers and acquisitions, asset liability assessments, forecasting, early retirement options, financial resilience, plan consolidations, annuity transactions, and other specialized initiatives by leveraging our industry-leading insights and technology.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering valuable consulting expertise on retirement plan valuation, management, design, financial risk mitigation, and funding initiatives, as well as special projects involving global consulting, strategic workforce planning, and comprehensive rewards strategies.
- Leading complex client engagements, ensuring projects are effectively planned, budgeted, and monitored, while managing client financials and delegating tasks appropriately.
- Collaborating with colleagues from various practices and regions on assignments that address broader business challenges faced by clients.
- Keeping clients informed about the implications and opportunities arising from changes in laws and regulations affecting their retirement plans.
- Identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering an inclusive team culture.
