About the Role

At Source Atlantic Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to meet their needs.
  • Prepare and process quotes, orders, and other sales-related documents.
  • Support the outside sales team to ensure seamless customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Provide top-notch customer service through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email.
  • Assist with store front coverage as required.

Requirements
  • Customer service or sales experience in a related industry.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong self-motivation, outgoing personality, results-driven attitude, and above-average attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering cutting-edge customer service.
  • Knowledge of cutting tools and industrial & safety products is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
