Position Overview

Join our team at Tilly's Family Restaurant as a Culinary Assistant. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen and ensuring a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Tasks Include:
    • Assisting in loading buspans and trays for service.
    • Operating dishwashers to ensure all dishes, glassware, and flatware are thoroughly cleaned.
    • Organizing and placing dishes in designated storage areas.
    • Restocking condiments and supplies at dining tables and service areas.
    • Handwashing and sanitizing dishes and kitchen items.
    • Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
    • Properly handling and storing cleaning supplies.
    • Receiving, unpacking, and organizing supplies in storage areas.
    • Disposing of kitchen waste and trash responsibly.
    • Cleaning floors through sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
Experience Requirements

No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
