- Operational Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the efficient processing of waste materials, including receiving, shipping, and processing.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that all quality control and assurance procedures are followed to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Financial Management: Analyze and manage facility budgets and activity reports to ensure cost-effectiveness and productivity.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits governing the facility, including environmental and safety standards.
- Employee Performance Management: Manage employee performance, provide coaching and guidance, and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a plant environment, with increasing managerial responsibility.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team building skills, excellent communication and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of waste management and environmental regulations.
