About the Role

The Driving Force Vehicle Rentals, Sales and Leasing is a leading provider of transportation and fleet management solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage work orders for vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct thorough assessments of fleet vehicles to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Rentals department to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management
  • Work closely with the wholesale department to manage de-fleeted units and optimize inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in customer service and the automotive industry is an asset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
