Financial Analyst & System Support

Bausch Health Canada is a leading international pharmaceutical company dedicated to bringing quality health and wellness products to Canadians. Our team manufactures and markets a wide range of pharmaceutical and health products distributed across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Financial Analyst will work closely with the Senior Manager, Finance to provide financial reporting and analysis support in several areas, including inventory management, revenue provisions, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Key team resource for supporting various financial systems, tools, and processes, including cash flow forecasting and corporate requirements on intercompany transactions.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements and provide recommendations to finance leadership.
  • Finance and FP&A support for ad-hoc requests and projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration, or a related field of study.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • CPA designation (or in progress) is required.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Interest in financial systems and tools, including opportunities for automation.
  • Professional, self-motivator, autonomous, energetic, and inquisitive.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint) and experience with an ERP system (SAP) is considered an asset.
