Maneesh Gupta is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Home Childcare Provider to join our team.

As a Home Childcare Provider, you will play a vital role in the development and well-being of young children. You will create a safe, stimulating, and loving environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive care to infants and children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and preparing them for rest periods.
  • Implement discipline strategies as directed by parents, fostering a positive and respectful environment.
  • Guide children in personal hygiene practices and social development, encouraging their emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and health information related to the children in your care.
  • Create a safe and healthy home environment, ensuring it is clean, organized, and child-proofed.
  • Plan and organize engaging activities, such as games, outings, and educational experiences, to promote learning and development.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children, catering to their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Supervise children during playtime and outings, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Accompany children to school, appointments, or other necessary destinations.
Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience working with children is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check.
