Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee our retail operations at GTB Furniture Company Ltd. This role involves managing a team and ensuring exceptional customer service while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and guide staff including apprentices and design team members.
  • Exhibit Planning: Collaborate with designers to create engaging displays for various exhibitions and retail environments.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to optimize team productivity.
  • Sales Activities: Actively sell merchandise and enhance customer engagement.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure availability of products.
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for managing a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
