Automotive Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Operations Supervisor to join our team at RDS AUTO SALES LTD.
Job Summary:The Automotive Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, inspecting sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and preparing budget and cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
- Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Maintain financial records
- Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
- Assist cleaners in performing duties
- Coordinate work activities with other departments
- Establish work schedules
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a wet/damp environment
- Fluency in English
- 40 hours per week
The Automotive Operations Supervisor will work in a commercial facility with a team of 5-10 people. The work environment is wet/damp, and the supervisor will be exposed to odours.
