Trotter & Morton Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Safety Advisor to join our team in Duncan, British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and productive work environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Deliver safety training programs for site personnel to promote a culture of safety
  • Respond to and investigate safety incidents, accidents, and near-misses
  • Ensure site operations comply with local, provincial, and federal safety regulations, as well as industry best practices
Requirements
  • Completion of or working towards an accredited Occupational Health & Safety Certificate
  • National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) is preferred
  • Experience in a Health and Safety role, usually evidenced by 5 years of experience
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License is required
