Job Title: Site Safety Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Safety Advisor to join our team at Trotter & Morton Group of Companies. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement effective safety training programs for site personnel
  • Investigate and document safety incidents, accidents, and near-misses
  • Collaborate with site management and employees to promote a culture of safety and address safety-related concerns
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
  • National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
