Oxford Learning Centres Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Director to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping students develop their self-confidence and self-esteem.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the centre's operations, working closely with centre staff, teachers, parents, and students.
- Inform inquiring parents about our Oxford Learning programs and provide guidance on how to support their child's academic success.
- Liaise with members of the community, including schools, sports teams, and local businesses.
- Maintain contact with parents and meet with them to discuss their child's progress.
- Effectively master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach other teaching members of the team.
- Minimum university degree, with credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Math, and Business preferred.
- Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset.
- Additional language(s) spoken is an asset.
- Experience with billing cycles required.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and online communication apps.
- Strong phone skills and experience in customer service, with sales experience preferred.
- Ongoing training opportunities to develop your teaching skills.
