Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality work and professional development
  • Complete compilation and review of engagement files to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare personal and corporate tax returns to meet client needs and deadlines
  • Support the Assistant Client Manager with technical knowledge requirements and business mentoring
  • Assist the Senior Client Manager with business mentoring, strategic tax planning, and structuring advice

Requirements:

  • CPA designation and 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting
  • Strong technical skills and passion for leading and training a team
