About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate live-in caregiver to join our team at Joy Balite. As a live-in caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with medication management, as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

Our clients reside in rural areas, and we provide room and board for our live-in caregivers. This is a non-smoking environment, and staff accommodation is provided.
