Assistant Store Manager

As a key member of the Tommy Hilfiger team, the Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in driving sales growth, maintaining store appearance, and controlling expenses. This dynamic individual will assist the Store Manager in generating sales potential, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including sales floor management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to meet store goals and objectives.
- Merchandising: Participate in the execution of merchandising directives, updates, and markdowns to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Visual Presentation: Maintain elevated store presentation, adhering to brand standards and company directives.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including stockroom organization and systems.
- Financial Management: Manage controllable expenses, including payroll allocation, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze problems, generate alternatives, and implement solutions to drive business results.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with store staff, management, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
