Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals, leading a team of sales associates, and maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide guidance and support to sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a clean and organized store, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager, District Manager, and other team members to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Post-secondary education is an asset.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and a passion for fashion and customer service.
- Availability: Availability to work weekends and evenings.
