About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Busy Bee Montessori children's house. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging experience.
  • Storytelling and Activities: Engage children in storytelling, singing, and other interactive activities that foster creativity, imagination, and social skills.
  • Child Guidance: Provide guidance and support to children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress, identify potential learning or behavioral issues, and prepare comprehensive reports for parents and guardians.
  • Team Collaboration: Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and community service providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • Environment Maintenance: Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment that promotes children's well-being and development.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of other Early Childhood Educators and assistants, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Training: Possess a valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification, and other relevant qualifications.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Security and Safety: Meet the necessary security and safety requirements, including a criminal record check and immunization records.
