Lifemark Health Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with our inter-professional team to ensure seamless care and support for our clients.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy students and provide guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Network with stakeholders to promote Lifemark's OT programs and services.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work with clients with physical, neurological, and mental health conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
