Job Title: Vascular Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Surgeon to join our team at Richmond Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of vascular surgeries, including emergency and elective procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain a full caseload of vascular surgery patients, providing excellent pre- and post-operative care.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for emergency surgeries.
  • Engage in ongoing education and stay current with advances in vascular surgery techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to Richmond Hospital's mission of providing patient-centered, high-quality care.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification.
  • Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) membership.
  • Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) - Emergency Medicine certification.
  • Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) certification.
  • Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PAL) certification.
  • Surgical Skills certification.
