Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, net family property statements, and support calculations
  • Compile financial disclosure briefs and review supporting documents
  • Handle uncontested divorce applications and manage tickler systems
  • Prepare documents for e-filing and assist with questionings, conferences, and mediations
  • Draft bills of costs and costs outlines as required
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Family Law Clerk in a law firm
  • A law clerk certification
  • Experience with Divorcemate
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
