Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Enotecca Wineries and Resorts Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and designing and managing investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk
  • Monitor financial control systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights and recommendations
  • Advise senior management on financial matters and provide strategic guidance
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with strong values and ethics
