Job Summary:
The Merchandiser/Store Associate (Part-time) is a key role within the Hallmark team, responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of our products in pharmacies, grocery stores, and big-box retailers. This position reports to the Territory Manager and is part of the in-store merchandising team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance of inventory, store displays, and merchandising activities in assigned retail stores, including working with seasonal and promotional products.
- Perform regular store visits to ensure displays are maintained and meet company standards, while adhering to budgets and being flexible to meet store needs.
- Follow the merchandising plan, productivity standards, and provided schedule, paying close attention to details and following procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Provide additional support during peak periods, such as holidays and special events, and assist with store openings and closures.
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination of merchandising activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Previous retail experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and managing email.
