We are seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Administrator to join our team at MindRight Counselling & Consulting Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our computer networks and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Administration: Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • Hardware and Software Evaluation: Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide problem-solving services to network users and implement data, software, and hardware security procedures.
  • Network Monitoring: Perform routine network start-up and close-down, maintain control records, and perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Web Development: Modify Web pages, applets, and scripts, and research and apply meta-data to Websites and register Websites with search engines.
  • Communication: Respond to requests for help and information from Website visitors and Website designers, and perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise technical staff and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
