Job Title: Network System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Network System Administrator to join our team at CRDS TECHNOLOGY GROUP INC. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our computer networks and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate access and use of computer networks, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity for all users.
  • Install and configure software, hardware, and operating system software to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
  • Provide problem-solving services to network users, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures to protect our organization's assets and sensitive information.
  • Perform routine network start-up and close-down procedures, maintaining control records and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
  • Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
  • Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, optimizing server performance and ensuring network security.
  • Supervise technical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of IT services.
