Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Dollarama L.P. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily retail store operation, including day-to-day operations, merchandising activities, recruitment and training of new employees, scheduling and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily retail store operation
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Monitor and maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the retail industry
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a team management position
- Flexible availability required (day, evening, weekend)
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment
