Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and other documents.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to team members as needed.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met and work is completed efficiently.
- Expense and Income Reports: Prepare and maintain accurate expense and income reports.
- Time Sheets and Payroll: Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets and payroll summaries.
- General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
