Job Overview

As a Cleaning Supervisor at REDEEMING HOME CLEANING, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that all tasks are performed to the highest standards.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects.
  • Manage payments for specialized cleaning services.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules for the team.
Supervision
  • Oversee a team of 3-4 light duty cleaners.
Safety and Security
  • Conduct driver's validity licence checks.
Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Repetitive tasks that are physically demanding.
