Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Stratford Raja INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement methods to meet work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and completed on time.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Physical stamina to work in a restaurant environment, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
