- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet business objectives.
- HubSpot Proficiency: Leverage HubSpot for CRM management, sales automation, and analytics, ensuring the sales team effectively utilizes HubSpot to enhance productivity and insights.
- Experience: Over 10 years in SaaS sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating a diverse sales team.
- Strategic Mindset: Excellent skills in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to craft and implement effective sales strategies.
- Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to build lasting relationships and exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret sales data and market trends, with experience in CRM and sales analytics tools, particularly HubSpot.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
- HubSpot Expertise: Proficient in using HubSpot for CRM, sales automation, and analytics, with experience in optimizing HubSpot for sales productivity.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Ecosystem: Experience within the Microsoft / M365 ecosystem is a plus, with knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related technologies being highly desirable.
