About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Partnerships team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue for Square.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Sourcing and Management: Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnerships that align with Square's business objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and product managers.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue through partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of partnerships.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
