Job Summary

Vandenberg Feeders Ltd. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Labourer to join our team. As a Farm Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to farm operations, including feeding and tending to animals, operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, and cleaning stables, barns, and pens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feed and care for livestock, including beef cattle
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors and plows
  • Clean and maintain stables, barns, and pens, as well as farm buildings and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties, including fencing and other tasks as required
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a rural area and live in staff accommodation
  • Strong judgement and initiative
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
