About the Home Support Worker Program

We're excited to offer a unique paid training program for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and want to make a difference in people's lives. As a Home Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing care and support to clients in their own homes.

What You'll Learn

  • Develop your skills in coordinating care plans and working with clients and their families
  • Gain knowledge of home care services and how to assist with daily living routines, such as feeding, lifting, and transferring
  • Learn how to identify healthcare issues and report findings
  • Master the skills required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary care team

What We're Looking For

  • You're customer-service-centric and motivated to help others
  • You have good communication and listening skills
  • You enjoy working independently and thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • You're interested in building a career in healthcare
