We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at A1 TRUSSES(1993) LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, including spreadsheets and other administrative documents.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
