Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving project success and ensuring that our software meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and test software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications and project plans
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Strong technical expertise in software development methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience in the group insurance industry is an asset
