Job Title: Long-Term Care Aide

Nurse Next Door is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Long-Term Care Aide to join our team. As a Long-Term Care Aide, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, such as healthcare or social services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
