In the role of Maintenance Technician, the individual plays a crucial part in ensuring the upkeep of equipment within their designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both preventive and corrective maintenance on fire safety systems and protective equipment across various facilities.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all preventive maintenance activities.
  • Manage corrective maintenance tasks independently using digital tools.
  • Coordinate maintenance interventions and troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
  • Comply with safety and environmental regulations at all times.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:

  • CAP, BEP, or BAC PRO in maintenance
  • Training in locksmithing/metalwork with plumbing expertise
  • Experience in maintaining fire protection systems
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

Work Schedule:

Shifts will vary, including night hours.
