Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martial Arts Instructor to join our team at DCS Fitness & Martial Arts LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction to our clients, while maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging martial arts programs for clients of all ages and skill levels
  • Assess and evaluate client progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Collaborate with other instructors to create and implement new program ideas and initiatives
  • Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in martial arts instruction
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Basic security clearance, criminal record check, and child abuse registry check
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
