About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Penhall Company. As an Account Manager/Outside Sales, you will be responsible for selling construction services to potential buyers, establishing and maintaining effective contact with clients, and managing onsite construction engineering activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and identify new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and other sources.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, including presentations, negotiations, and contract management.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions, including scheduling, engineering, and material control.
- Interface with on-site work groups to resolve problems, ensure quality of construction, and support overall project schedule.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Strategic Marketing Plan, department sales objectives, and individual sales plans.
Requirements:
- 4-year business or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of related construction experience.
- Bi-lingual (English and French) with excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.
