Hotel Operations Supervisor

Motel 6 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Team Leadership: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Operations: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
