Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Project Leader to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex clinical projects and change initiatives that align with our strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic clinical project and change management plans to support operational priorities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project planning, procurement, evaluation, design, development, coordination, and implementation
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and approaches to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Provide strategic support to project and operations leaders on complex multi-stakeholder, multi-disciplinary projects and change initiatives
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a clinical health science discipline, plus seven years of clinical project and change management experience
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or Change Management (PROCI) is a preferred asset
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to bring together and lead diverse groups in a collaborative manner
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate and influence leaders
  • Advanced skills in critical thinking, complex problem solving, planning, project management, change management, and group processes
