Position Overview

Lundgren's Cleaning is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Building Handyman/Woman. This position involves a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain cleanliness.
  • Window and Wall Care: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a pristine environment.
  • System Adjustments: Make adjustments and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Contractor Liaison: Contact contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Appliance Repairs: Perform minor repairs on appliances as needed.
  • Routine Maintenance: Conduct other routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
Work Environment
  • Physical Demands: This role requires handling heavy loads and is physically demanding, involving bending, crouching, and kneeling.
