Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Laborer - Water Mitigation Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis of Red Deer. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services.

Responsibilities:

* Perform high-level water mitigation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
* Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
* Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when required.
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and provide leadership when needed.

Requirements:

* Ability to operate Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, One Drive).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to be assertive, empathetic, inspiring, and engaging to others.
* Ability to work independently and maintain a satisfactory background check.
* Ability to operate a vehicle safely and manage stress effectively.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and follow the Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics.
